Dr. Richard Robinson works closely with the rest of our Sports Therapists to provide the highest standard of care. Not only do they treat and rehabilitate injuries, but they also help the patient prevent injuries and ultimately help them optimize their performance.
Having gained his B.Sc Hons. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, Dr. Robinson went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer college of Chiropractic in San Jose, USA. In the years since, he has gained extensive experience in his field, some of his certifications include an International Chiropractic Sports Sciences Diploma, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Massage Therapist.
While taking any opportunity to further his extensive knowledge, Dr. Robinson has worked with a huge array of world-class athletes. He was a member of the Canadian Olympic Medal Team in 2006, 2008, 2010 and 2014. He has also worked with the National Sorts Centre in Calgary, the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team, the Canadian Hockey, Speedskating, bobsled and Alpine Skiing national teams.
Dr. Robinson is also adjunct faculty at Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California and the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
By applying his renowned experience to all his clients, no matter their goals or injuries, Dr. Robinson leaves each client knowing their optimal physical condition is being looked after in every possible way.
