Matt Howatt has been heavily involved in sports from an early age. A multi-sport athlete in high-school, competing in hockey and basketball, Matt develop a tremendous work ethic and an elite performance mindset. His main passion was for hockey where he also found his greatest success. He won a provincial gold medal and four straight league championships playing for the Okotoks Bisons.
This love for sports lead Matt to peruse a Health and Physical Education Degree from Mount Royal University. Since graduating, Matt has had the opportunity further improve his coaching skills under the guidance of doctorate and masters level coaches who are revolutionizing speed, agility and strength concepts in the domain.
Matt believes that sport plays an essential role in an individual’s development, and that proper strength and conditioning is a critical aspect in determining athletic success. Thus Matt is extremely motivated to assist all athletes in reaching full potential and is committed to helping all his clients achieve their goals
